Return and Refunds

Everything sold by Ian Livesey Art has been carefully checked.

All photographs are hand-packaged and delivered well-packed in strong tubes to ensure they arrive safely.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have another 14 days to return the goods. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

You can start a return through our website  On receipt of your request we will contact you.

You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to ensure it’s packaged in a way that it doesn’t get damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We advise that all returned items are sent by courier, recorded, and insured post as we are not responsible for un-received goods. 

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and this can take up to 3 weeks.
